what jobby needs to become a recruitment system
- optimise profile tags a la de.li.cio.us to minimise trivial repetion
- enable the recruiter to tag the profile based on cv, interview, ref checks (self-tags, recruiter-tags
- backend the usual events module to enabke applicant/application processing
- I guess tags can also be applied to client records (crm module of the recruitment system)
