I take your point re. dated cv&#039;s - job boards are in the ad distribution business tho, not in the candidate relationship management business; so the value of a job board might be more directly measured to their book of clients, and (agghh) &#039;eyeballs&#039;, rather than applicant satisfaction, however measured

I do believe though there is room for a model, likely enabled by social web, that will have to happen at recruitment process level, not at job posting stage.</description>
